Manchester to see UK’s first Pita Pit
The Carlyle Group is reported to have signed a deal with Altrincham franchise company Sim Trava Pita that will bring Pita Pit to the UK. Sim Trava Pita is owned by Simon and Tracy Vardy and already operates 17 Costa Coffee stores under a franchise partnership with Whitbread.
