Beer sales in Q3 up, good news for brewers and supermarkets, less so for pubs
The latest Beer Barometer sales data from the British Beer & Pub Association shows beer sales in the third quarter of 2018 were up 4.4% on the same period last year. This was the first third quarter showing growth in over 15 years. Good news for brewers, but pubs benefited modestly however from the beer sales boost, with sales increasing by a modest 0.9 percent. Frontier Pubs launches two new venues
