BHA concerns over false reviews on TripAdvisor
The British Hospitality Association is in talks with TripAdvisor about hotel and restaurants concerns over false reviews, and is asking hospitality owners to contact TripAdvisor and/or the BHA where they are concerned about malicious reviews.
