According to new PwC analysis, London’s hotel occupancy will drop to 80% this year, a fall of almost two percentage points over 2011, and will fall further to 77% in 2013.   Occupancy in 2013 will be at its lowest level since 2005. Warner Leisure Hotels has topped a poll of more than 6,000 Which? members who rated their experiences at UK hotel chains, achieving a customer score of 79% in the survey for Which? Travel, with Hampton by Hilton and Sofitel close behind.
