Corinthia London reopening plans – Thomas Kochs, Managing Director of Corinthia London, has revealed the re-opening schedule for the hotel as the Covid-19 lockdown is scaled down, including plans for its restaurants and bars.
Kerridge’s Bar & Grill – Relaunching on 4 July, and open daily for lunch and dinner, Tom Kerridge and Head Chef Nick Beardshaw are devising a new, shorter, lighter summer menu alongside some Kerridge’s classics. And the Kerridge’s Bar will also be open for table service only (no bar stools nor standing at the bar), with some new seasonal cocktails alongside their regular repertoire of drinks.
The Garden – The semi-al fresco lounge will open daily from 4 July. It features an open roof (with umbrellas throughout) and will offer a new Mediterranean-inspired menu, including crudi, salads and sandwiches, from Executive Chef André Garrett. There will also be a wine focus on Rosés with over half a dozen new selections.
The Crystal Moon Lounge – From 4 July, afternoon tea service will resume daily from 2pm-6pm. A new, summer tea menu will feature, among other items, a British strawberry and green rhubarb éclair and a Yellow peach and thyme tartelette. The dining space will also be open in the morning for coffees and pastries, and light dishes from Noon-2pm and then again from 6pm-9.30pm.
The Northall – From 4 July, the restaurant will be open daily for breakfast only, for both hotel guests and nonresidents, with a selection of à la carte breakfast dishes.
The Bassoon Bar and The Northall Bar – Both will be closed until further notice – but all other spaces will offer a full range of cocktails and other drinks.
