One of our favourite emails every month is Image of the Month from Majella O’Connell, aka Pavlova & Cream.
Earlier today we received said email and enjoyed the privilege of reviewing a selection of image candidates.
A tough and very enjoyable process over a coffee earlier today saw a dish by Nathan Wall at Restaurant Artichoke selected.
Juniper & meadow hay smoked salt baked Derbyshire wood pigeon. Dressed in juniper crumb, scarlet elf cups, beetroot & foraged gorse flowers.
The images were captured by Majella at Manchester Kitchen Social that took place in R Noone & Son Stockport.
