TGI Fridays UK has completed the line-up of their new executive team to manage the UK business with the appointed Alan Clark to the post of Chief Financial Officer. The group executive team underwent several changes in late 2019/early 2020, led by the company’s new Chief Executive Officer, Robert B. Cook.
Prior to joining TGI Fridays UK, Cook was CEO UK of Virgin Active. A well-known figure and veteran of the UK Hotel sector, Cook is a Master Innholder and a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality with many years of expertise within the consumer leisure industry.
The new exec team also includes Dan Staples, Chief Marketing Officer; Tom Sycamore, Chief Operating Officer; Suzanne Peacock, People & Culture Director; Alyson Scott, Procurement, Supply Chain & Technical Director; and Trevor Peach, Operations Director.
The addition of Clark, combined with the changes made since December 2019, complete TGI Fridays UK group executive team.

With a very challenging UK casual dining sector currently, the new executive team will have their work cut out.
