Middle Eight is a new luxury lifestyle luxury hotel set to open in May in Covent Garden, London as part of member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts.
The new hotel will comprise 180 bedrooms, including 12 suites and a variety of F&B outlets, with experienced hotelier Christian Graf appointed as GM to lead the team.
The hotel restaurants are Sycamore Vino Cucina, and The Balcony offering an all-day, globally-inspired menu.
