SSP has partnered with Gordon Ramsay bringing his unique cuisine to Hong Kong International Airport where a new ‘Gordon Ramsay Plane Food To Go’ food destination will offer travellers an array of great quality food choices.
The all-day menu enhances the on-the-go-travellers dining experience, featuring some of Gordon Ramsay’s signature dishes including Short Rib Burger and Californian Fried Chicken Burger.
For those morning travellers, breakfast classics include, The Full English Breakfast featuring Dingley Dell Cumberland sausages and streaky smoked bacon, grilled Portobello mushrooms, slow-cooked tomato, baby spinach, fried eggs and toast and the Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich, a brioche bun packed full of breakfast classics topped with a yolk-oozing fried egg.
Sourcing and showcasing excellent produce, Gordon Ramsay Plane Food To Go integrates British and Asian flavours to offer a number of new dishes, exclusive to Hong Kong Airport. The Grilled Cuttlefish and Pork Patty Bun is an east-meets-west dish and the Lobster Thermidor Mac and Cheese, is a luxurious mixture of taste and texture.
