Collins King & Associates have just celebrated our 20th year anniversary as a company. What a 20 years it has been recruiting permanent staff for the hospitality industry. We have witnessed many success stories, seen young chefs grow into very senior executive positions, general assistants becoming general managers and floor managers into senior operation roles within the contract catering, hotel and restaurant sector.
We always pride ourselves on our ability to strike up, maintain and build solid business relationships with our clients and candidates. Our comprehensive knowledge and experience of the hospitality industry, and in particular the London market, ensures that we can identify an accurate match between applicant and client. We have a highly motivated team who have all worked within the hospitality industry and this is coupled with over 80 years combined specialist recruitment experience.
Our belief in what we do as recruiters still stands. We will, wherever possible endeavour to meet all our candidates ‘face-to-face’ and then conduct a thorough, in-depth interview, utilising our market knowledge and industry experience.
We put together our own formatted CV’s for each candidate interviewed before forwarding these to our clients. We feel the personal touch is very important even though the market in itself has changed, evolved some may say, but it is a very different place than it was 20 years ago! The introduction of social media platforms, digital job boards and also the development of mobile phones, iPads and other devices have allowed us to look for a new job in a very different way.
There have been some tough times this year in recruitment with all the uncertainty regarding Brexit, the election along with issues we have all faced but we will continue to offer our professional recruitment service to the wonderful world of hospitality!! Here’s to another 20 years!!”
H&C News would like to congratulate Collins King & Associates on their 20 years in hospitality, and look forward to reporting on their further progress in the years ahead.
