Sommelier and restaurateur Xavier Rousset and chef Mark Jarvis, joined forces earlier this month and reopened the Gunmakers pub in Marylebone, London.
The pub is currently open for business, and from November Gunmakers will launch a forty-cover restaurant downstairs as well as six bedrooms upstairs for guests to book into.
Gunmakers is a boutique 18th century pub that has historically made the most of its ideal location and period look over the last 300 years. Mark and Xavier’s winning combination of expertise will offer a Best of British menu alongside an outstanding wine list to match.
