DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh City Centre has appointed Marcello Ventisei as General Manager of the RBH operated hotel, with Carol Mackillop joining the team as Marketing Manager.
Ventisei brings 26 years of managerial experience to the four star hotel following recent roles as Cluster General Manager for Macdonald Hotels and Resorts in Central Scotland and seven years as General Manager of Principal Edinburgh Charlotte Square.
In his new role, Ventisei will lead the team at the 138 bedroom hotel, strategically managing sales, operations and finance as well as overseeing people development.

DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh City Centre’s new Marketing Manager, Carol Mackillop, joins the team following eight years in event design and management with Cameron and All Event Hire.
