Ei Group recognised as a top employer by achieving prestigious Investors in People Gold Award
Ei Group, the UK’s largest pub company, has achieved the highly prestigious Investors in People Gold Award, which is given to organisations who demonstrate excellence in developing and supporting their employees.
Following a rigorous re-assessment process, Ei Group now joins a select list of accredited organisations across the UK that have achieved the Gold standard. The standard is only awarded to businesses who can actively demonstrate they operate at the very highest levels of people management practice, aligned to business strategy, ethos and values.
The assessment identified the positive impact that Ei Group’s broad-ranging people strategy is having across the organisation and highlighted a considerable number of strengths across key indicators, including:

• Pride and passion for quality and customer service
• People believe that Ei Group is a great place to work
