Frontier Pubs, the partnership between Ei Managed Investments and leading pub operator Pioneer Hospitality, has opened its latest site, The Duke of Wellington in Dalston, while The Grosvenor Arms in Wandsworth will open next month.
The two new sites mean the pub company will have opened nine venues at prominent sites across London since its launch in October 2016.
Peter Myers, Commercial Director for Pioneer Hospitality said: “We are delighted with the success and continued growth of Frontier Pubs since we launched just over two years ago. Across our pubs we have a winning formula that combines awesome pizza with craft beer and big screen sports, and through the Ei Group estate, we’re lucky enough to have some fantastic pubs in stand-out locations.
“The first few days of trading at The Duke of Wellington have been really strong. The extensive craft beer offering has been well received among locals who have also told us they’re thrilled about our pizza menu, as previously the pub didn’t do food of any note. We’re excited to open the doors of our Wandsworth pub on 12th December.”
Nathan Wall, Operations Director for Ei Managed Investments, added: “Frontier Pubs is a real success story and we’re delighted to see these two sites join the estate. Peter and his team are fantastic operators who have enhanced each venue to create busy, vibrant pubs with a quality offering.”
Across all Frontier pubs, the ‘Hops + Dough’ menu offers an extensive list of beers alongside freshly made pizzas while special offers and entertainment, including ‘two-for-one pizza nights’, quiz nights and ‘board games and Lego challenge days’ are regular features throughout the week.
Ei Managed Investments has grown rapidly since its launch in May 2015. The division allows the company to partner with industry-leading managed house operators in order to benefit from their retailing flair and expert capability.
There are currently 11 Ei Managed Investment partnerships in operation.
