The world’s best designers and architects descended on Grosvenor House on November 28th, 2018, in honour of this year’s most impressive projects and talent – and so began the FX Awards 2018!
This year winners of the FX International Interior Design Awards received a unique, coveted trophy, designed and produced by Armourcoat, exclusively for FX. Working closely with the FX team, Armourcoat’s designers and craftspeople helped to develop the unique handmade trophy with a fresh approach to form and colour.
Armourcoat marketing director Daniel Nevitt commented: ‘The early development meetings were really creative as we worked with the FX team – it was a great process and we were thrilled to inject our own flair and imagination. The face of the trophy features a signature “cracked gesso” finish that provides wonderful contrast with the sculptural faceted design and great pop of colour.’
