Hot Tiles are bain marie inserts that drop in a counter well and tranform the counter from an open well to a solid top. Food can then be displayed in dishes on the Tile or placed directly on the surface.
The Tiles can be used on a hot or cold counter as use the ambient temperature to heat up or cool down.
They are available in 4 sizes: GN1/1, GN1/2, GN1/3 and GN4/3.
