The mini version of the bakery’s award-winning ciabatta roll has the traditional open texture, unique flavour and classic appearance making them perfect across the menu for restaurants, pubs, hotels, cafes and caterers.
Fantastic for sandwiches and to accompany salads, soups, stews and main courses on the table, the new rolls are also ideal when used in bread baskets during the festive season and at conferences, banquets, weddings and events.
Established in 1996 in Margate, Speciality Breads provides an ever-growing, artisan selection of freshly frozen breads, which are hand-made by the company’s master bakers using Red Tractor-certified British flour.
