Created by Olivia Nottin, a nutritional therapist and a French certified Natural Chef, MATCHA AND BEYOND will be an alternative to the high street coffee shop chains, offering premium quality Matcha beverages, Matcha treats and will go beyond… offering speciality coffee, infusions and healthy bites with high quality ingredients. Olivia is passionate about matcha and having search the capital high and low realised there was a gap in the market. It was this which provided the inspiration behind MATCHA AND BEYOND and her desire to bring it to a wider and more curious audience.
The Matcharistas (yes, that’s a matcha barista) will use their expert know-how to prepare each authentic matcha drink and the full menu will also reflect an artisan coffee shop, offering something for everyone.
The café will offer a welcoming and soothing interior of clean lines, earthy neutrals, with a splash of bright colour, natural wood, soft furnishing and plants. The seated area is a welcoming spot for mothers and babies, the perfect pit-stop for shoppers, as well as a relaxed place for those in between meetings and looking to refuel. The counter service will offer an efficient service for those on their way to work or on the run. As matcha is fast becoming the go-to drink of choice for London’s fit and healthy crowd, Matcha And Beyond is sure to become one of their favourite hangouts in the capital. There is also a private space, which will be available to book for larger groups and get-togethers and it will also be used to host special events throughout the year.
