Two Rockliffe Hall team members have become managers of two of the hotel’s restaurants.
Ben Hunt, who joined Rockliffe as Assistant Restaurant Manager at The Clubhouse 16 months ago, has now been promoted to Manager there while Clare Robson, who has been at Rockliffe for almost 4 years, has become Brasserie Restaurant Manager.
Ben, from Eaglescliffe, says: “I’m thrilled to have been promoted to Manager at The Clubhouse restaurant. I truly believe Rockliffe Hall is the best hotel in the North and I love golf so working here is perfect for me. I hope I can do my very best to support and develop the team and make every guest’s experience memorable.”
Clare, from Newton Aycliffe, has previously managed Rockliffe Hall’s Orangery and Clubhouse restaurants. She says: “I chose to join Rockliffe Hall because of the resort’s exceptional reputation and its unique offering of three fabulous restaurants serving exquisite food. I love working at Rockliffe and am delighted to have been given the opportunity to manage The Brasserie.”
Eamonn Elliott, Chief Executive at Rockliffe Hall, says: “Ben and Clare are great examples of the many success stories amongst our staff at Rockliffe Hall. Like all our team members, they go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a first rate experience at Rockliffe and they are both very deserving of these new roles.”
