This summer, fresh-pasta restaurant group Pasta Remoli is launching brand-new menus in its Finsbury Park and Westfield Stratford locations, and they feature more vegetarian and vegan dishes than ever!
Alongside the authentic Roman sauces and pasta for which Pasta Remoli is so well-loved, Chef and Founder Simone Remoli has shaken things up with his new menus, adding brand-new and exciting options that are suitable for anyone and everyone, no matter your dietary requirements.
Pop into Simone’s Finsbury Park or Stratford locations, and you’ll find a whole host of mouth-watering meat-free dishes, including beautiful ravioli with filling options including truffle and mushroom, aubergine and roast tomato or pumpkin and roasted potato.
Pescatarian? Then Pasta Remoli Finsbury Park is the place to be, as the menu’s new arrivals feature some delightful fish dishes – proving Italian cooking doesn’t always have to be heavy! Highlights include delicate grilled octopus, served with a creamy chickpea puree, crispy potatoes and finished with paprika and salted ricotta, or a vibrant seafood salad made with octopus, cuttlefish, shrimp, black olives and capers.
The new menus are now also home to innovative and showstopping vegan alternatives to your traditional egg-pasta. Ripping up the rule book, Simone has used his natural pasta-making talents to create a soft and tasty egg-free maccheroncini pasta that’s as good as the original (there’s even a gluten-free version, too). More adventurous diners can also opt for delicious spinach, beetroot, or pumpkin gnocchi, all perfectly matched to the restaurant’s authentic Roman sauces.
