Drake & Morgan, which currently operates 23 bars and restaurants in London, Manchester and Edinburgh, announces the appointment of Graham Hall as its new Director of Operations.
Graham started his career at Living Ventures and brings with him 15 years of hospitality experience. He joins Drake & Morgan from Ennismore Restaurant Holdings (The Hoxton, Gleneagles Hotels and NoCo), where he was responsible for developing and growing new restaurant brands, including Eggbreak (originally formed as a joint venture with Soho House Group), Tandoor Chop House and the partnership with Breddos Tacos. Prior to Ennismore, Graham has held a number of senior operational roles including Operations Director at All Star Lanes and Managing Director of the Gaucho-owned CAU restaurant group.
Reporting to Managing Director Jillian MacLean, Graham will play a key role in the continued growth of Drake & Morgan. He will be responsible for day-to-day operations, as well as enhancing service standards and delivering growth for the company.
Jillian MacLean says: “Graham brings with him a wealth of experience in the hospitality sector, including roll out and conceptual development of brands, project management, strategic planning and building sales and profits in multi-site businesses. I look forward to him joining Drake & Morgan in our next stage of growth.”

Craig Mayes, who was acting as Interim Operations Director, now takes on the role of Project Director with Drake & Morgan.
