With two more big names from catering and hospitality procurement soon to announce they will be joining the Innovation Den teams at H&C EXPO, we are delighted to announce another artisan food and drink producer presenting to them.
Procurement teams from leading hospitality and catering businesses will take their seats on stage at The Innovation Den during H&C EXPO 17th and 18th July 2018.
The teams will be led by experienced procurement professionals with budget to spend and twelve contracts to potentially be awarded over the two days of H&C EXPO.
The artisan food and drink businesses that present a viable opportunity to supply their products to the procurement teams will be awarded a contract to do so, on the day.
The procurement teams will be joined by colleagues from other departments including, marketing, sales and operations. The multi department view helps procurement to evaluate each business proposition and how the businesses can work together most effectively.
Paul Rostand, Founder, The Great British Biscotti Company told us: “We decided to apply to take part in the Innovation Den as we wanted to showcase our hand made innovative range of Biscotti.
“We now have twenty Flavours including the first ever range of savoury Biscotti which are wonderful as Canape Bases, Croutons for soups and salads as well as great accompaniments to cheese boards and charcuterie platters. They are all hand baked in our Artisanal bakery in Dorset.
“We feel that the Innovation Den is a brilliant idea, giving us the platform to launch our Biscotti range into the Food Service arena.”
