Shaftesbury are pleased to announce the opening of macaron ice cream sandwich brand, Yolkin, which is the brand’s first permanent store located at 24 Rupert Street.
Offering 18 covers, the 450 sq ft store designed by Olly Simpson serves Yolkin’s signature ice cream macarons inspired by South East Asian flavours with a western twist such as matcha and oreo, pandan and coconut, lychee, black sesame, purple yam and Hong Kong milk tea. With a ‘no waste ethos’, the new store features biodegradable cutlery and vintage reclaimed wood.
