Brewhouse and Kitchen are pleased to report that the group have exchanged contracts to acquire the freehold of Wabi in Horsham, the acquisition is expected to complete in the next 14 days. Wabi is a former prime site public house, in a high footfall location in a premium Sussex town.
In addition, Brewhouse and Kitchen are also pleased to confirm the completion of the acquisition of the leasehold interest of the The Beagle in Hoxton. This iconic location, set in the railway arches next to the Hoxton Overground, is a unique opportunity and a great fit with our brewpubs at Highbury and Angel. It is expected to be open and brewing in mid-July.”
