French artisan bakery and pâtisserie, PAUL is set to open two new sites in St Pancras International station and Canary Wharf this month. The new openings will bring PAUL’s total number of London shops to 35 and 38 UK wide.
The 1,250 sq. ft PAUL Express opening in St Pancras International on Monday 21st May will be the first of its kind and located just before the departure gates of the Eurostar. It will cater for those wanting a grab-and-go freshly ground coffee, viennoiserie, sandwich, salad or snack before their journey.
On Monday 28th May, PAUL Canary Wharf will see the bakery move to a more spacious 1,430 sq. ft site on Cabot Place following growing demand from customers. As well as offering the brand’s signature range of freshly baked breads, gourmet sandwiches and viennoiserie, the shop will also have a cake personalisation station, and will offer freshly baked patisserie filled in front of customers for added theatre.
