UKHospitality is pleased to announce the appointment of Jim Cathcart to the role of Director of Policy and Regulation.
Jim joins UKHospitality from the British Beer and Pub Association where he worked for 10 years as a Senior Policy Advisor and Policy Manager specialising in a wide range of subjects including: licensing, planning and copyright.
