Marie-Aimee Grand, Executive Director, Company of Cooks
Independent London-based caterer, Company of Cooks has announced that it is strengthening its senior team with the appointment of leading industry expert, Marie-Aimee Grand as Executive Director.
Grand brings a wealth of experience to the role. Prior to joining Company of Cooks, she was Managing Director for Momentum Services, the customer services provider for Eurostar, for 4 years and their Head of Operations and Customer Service for the previous 11 years. During her time there she oversaw customer services and catering onboard and in business lounges across the UK, France, Belgium and mobilisation for Holland. Her impressive achievements saw her, and her team being awarded with the ‘Best Change Management Program’ accolade.
As Executive Director, Grand will nurture and refine the management team and structure, and work with them over the course of the coming year, in particular on a number of development projects with new and existing partners.

The appointment comes as Niels Bus also joins the company as Operations Director. Previously the Assistant Business Unit Manager at Vermaat, the Dutch market leader in outsourced catering and hospitality services, Bus oversaw openings and operations for several large corporations including Google.
