Paula Rogers, founder of Admiral Recruitment, has been named one of six finalists under the ‘Agency Recruitment Leader of the Year’ category of the Recruiter Awards 2018.
She will now go forward to the finals which will be held on 3rd May at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London.
The UK’s most prestigious honours in recruitment recognise best practice and outstanding achievements within the recruitment community.
Paula Rogers, a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, founded Admiral Recruitment in 1995. The agency specialises in the development and placement of talent within the hospitality, catering and commercial sectors, placing thousands of hospitality and catering professionals into work every year.
Commenting on the short-listing, Paula Rogers said: “It is wonderful to get this recognition from the recruitment sector. From starting her career as a temp, Paula has gone on to build a £12 million business, that is widely acknowledged as one of the pre-eminent recruiters in its marketplace.
