The Chopstix Group, owners and operators of premium quick service brands Chopstix and Yangtze, has announced that Michael Toon has been appointed to the role of Finance Director with immediate effect.
Bringing with him extensive hospitality sector experience, Toon joins from the Casual Dining Group where he held a similar role, overseeing a number of brands including Café Rouge and Belgo. Toon’s appointment is the latest in a series of senior management posts to be filled, following the appointment of Rob Burns as Marketing Director, and more recently Jon Lake as Managing Director. Max Hilton Jenvey was also recently promoted to the newly created role of Global Head of Franchise.
