Every January sees Bennett Hay holding their annual colleague party to celebrate the team’s successes throughout the past year. This year, the bespoke hospitality provider invited colleagues from across the company to The Rooftop at The Trafalgar St. James.
The main event, the Guest First awards ceremony, compered by co-founders Anthony Bennett and Robin Hay was designed to recognise the outstanding individuals and teams which make up the organisation.
Employee award winners on the night came from across the board and included members from the guest services, food and wellbeing and blended services teams looking after top London property development and legal clients including Landsec and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. The ceremony was designed in recognition of their work within the service, culinary, hospitality and multi-service management roles of the business.

Guests were also treated to a drinks reception on the outdoor roof terrace, set to the stunning backdrop of London’s Trafalgar Square, before enjoying a selection of contemporary canapés and bowl food.
The Guest First Awards come as part of Bennett Hay’s wider colleague engagement strategy, designed to attract and retain the industry’s best talent.
