The Hospitality Industry’s Pantomime is just four weeks away, and tickets are selling out like hotcakes!
Preparations are well under-way, with costumes being sewn, lines being rehearsed and props being created – bringing the Springboard adaptation of Aladdin to life! The tickets are moving fast, as theatre-lovers from across the country will descend upon London to watch the industry rendition of the classic tale.
The magical performance will be running from the 31st January until February 2018, at the Arts Theatre, Soho. It will star Liam Wood of Byron Burgers as Aladdin, David Cowdery from the Cavalry and Guards club as Widow Twankey, Blanchette’s Amy Stopher as Jasmine, Steel Hotels’ Chris Penn as the Genie, and Martin Dibben from Searcy’s as Abanazar.
It will also include Bob Silk of Barclays as Widow Spankey, Bruce McLauchlan as Mr. Imperial, Amy Henthorne of The Landmark as Bianca, and Christian Hill of Wagamama as ‘The Mirror’ – as well as a selection of wonderful actors from a range of companies.
Michael Robinson of Springboard said, “we’re very excited about Springboard’s Aladdin. Many people have been asking about the next instalment of the Hospitality Industry’s Pantomime, so it’s great to know that we can both have fun, and raise money for very important programmes that we run.”
