Admiral Taverns, the UK’s number one community pub group is pleased to announce the appointment of Kiernan Lynch as Regional Operations Director for the East and South East.
2017 has been a significant year for Admiral, which has seen the Group welcome on board new investors to support its ambitious growth plans and confirm the acquisition of 17 new pubs across England and Wales, from Heineken’s Star Pubs & Bars business.
The Group’s operational and licensee centric approach has been key to its success to date and Kiernan’s appointment marks Admiral’s ongoing commitment to investing in it’s operational team to underpin the Group’s long-term development and the growth of its 800 strong pub estate.
Through this appointment Admiral will refocus its operational structure around three core regions, with Kiernan taking responsibility as Regional Operations Director for the East and South East. Wayne Billyeald will move to the role of Regional Operations Director for West and South West and Neil Rhymes will remain as Regional Operations Director for the North and Scotland.
Kiernan brings with him many years of industry experience in the tenanted pub sector, having previously held Operations Manager and Director positions at Punch, Spirit and most recently Greene King.
