Aaron brings over sixteen years’ experience with him to the Callooh Callay team. Having started his career in Dublin, Aaron has been at the forefront of the cocktail revival in Ireland for over a decade, holding many notable positions in the country, including Bacardi Brand Ambassador for Ireland, as well as General Manager at a number of high-profile bars including Opium Bar and The Meeting House. Most recently Aaron worked as Head of Training and Development for London Cocktail Club, helping propel the group to industry stardom with a nomination at Tales of the Cocktail’s Spirited Awards 2017.

Callooh Callay opened in Shoreditch in 2008, gaining critical acclaim with notable awards from Tales of the Cocktail’s Spirited Awards and World’s 50 Best Bars. Now in it’s ninth year, Aaron has been brought on to ensure this Shoreditch institute retains its industry and consumer stronghold.
