Stonegate Pub Company launched The Bridge Street Tap in Salisbury last weekend after converting the previous Slug & Lettuce brand into one of the company’s independent craft pubs after a £350,000 investment that created an additional seventeen jobs.
The city’s Mayor officially opened the vibrant pub boasting fourteen trendy craft beers, fifty-five variations of cocktail, an expansive gin range, and a premium autumn menu with Sourdough Pizzas, Wagyu Beef Burgers, tempting tapas sharers and an enviable line up of desserts.
“The Bridge Street Tap is a day to night experience with lots of guilty pleasures,” explains manager Ryan Dack. “The city was in need of a bar that reflects the desires of modern pub goers and we’ve got exactly that.”
Quirky décor, funky memorabilia with neon lights playing a pun on words like “Bridge it Bardot’, industrialised finishes and an extended outdoor seating and ‘Riverside Room’ has transformed the branded pub into the new format, creating a ‘haven for the chic and sophisticated’.
A full premium sports viewing has been added, with big screen, HD TV’s and Sky and BT sport, as well as table service during big games.
Bridge Street Tap has lined up Quiz nights, retro games nights, live entertainment with a mix of acoustic, open mic, live bands and resident DJ.
