Open Kitchen Live for many years has brought chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers, contract caterers and almost everyone involved in menu development together to watch, sample and taste live menu development on action.
The Open Kitchen Live chef team demonstrate how state of the art commercial catering equipment can make a big difference to the storage, preparation, cooking and delivery of meals.
The November Open Kitchen Live event will take place at the Equipline demonstration kitchens in Uxbridge on Tuesday 21st November.
We will be taking the menu east with an Asian menu from one of the best known chefs to feature in MasterChef, now a regular judge alongside John Torode and Greg Wallace.
We were told by Chef:
“Anyone who thinks they know what to expect is in for a surprise, Asian food is developing fast and my menu will reflect that.”
