Leading supplier of tableware, glassware and bar products to the professional hospitality and foodservice industry, Artis, has appointed Ralph Grundy as its new Managing Director. He joins the business to succeed John Artis, who is retiring after 55 years in the industry. A further change at board level is the simultaneous departure of Sales Director, Ian Jelley. Ralph has a wealth of industry knowledge, having held similar roles at Churchill and Brakes and is keen to use his experience to develop the Artis brand.
Speaking about his appointment, he said, “I am thrilled to join Artis at such an exciting time working with the holding company, BHS Tabletop AG, the World’s largest manufacturer of hospitality porcelain.
