Also included in the new menu are an array of gourmet sandwiches and classic egg dishes, including the double eggs benedict with Wiltshire ham and sauce Hollandaise, prepared to perfection and bursting with flavour.
Guests are also invited to indulge in the brand-new dessert menu, which reflects Marco’s sweeter side. Timeless treats such as Mr Couldon’s sticky toffee pudding have remained by popular demand, while newbies like the classic dark chocolate mousse and the Cambridge burnt cream are destined for future Marco classic status.
The new menu launches on October 18.
