Andrew Wong, Chef proprietor of Michelin starred A.Wong in London’s Victoria, is the latest to join the all-star line-up at Bloomberg Arcade, the pedestrian dining arcade running through the site of Bloomberg’s new European headquarters in the City.
Yet to be named, the 3,330 square foot site will be housed at street level within the prestigious development and will offer a premium casual, all day dining menu based on Andrew’s creative interpretation of classic Chinese dishes.
Andrew said “I’ve been considering the idea of somewhere we would be able to open all day for a while. When the opportunity for the Bloomberg Arcade came along, we knew it would be perfect.”
This will be his first restaurant since launching A.Wong in 2012 and will open in partnership with White Rabbit Fund.
The site is scheduled to open in Spring 2018.
