Admiral Recruitment, specialist recruiter to the hospitality sector, has been shortlisted under three categories of 2017 IRP Awards: Best People Development category, Best Business Leader (Paula Rogers, CEO and founder of Admiral Recruitment), and Best Business Manager (Rasmus Sorensen, associate director of Admiral Recruitment).
Now in its ninth year, the IRP Awards are the only recruitment sector awards hosted and awarded by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). The IRP Awards present a unique platform on which to celebrate the successes of the brightest recruitment professionals and companies within the UK.
Admiral Recruitment has built its entire reputation and success on the development and placement of talent within the hospitality sector.
Paula Rogers, CEO and founder of Admiral Recruitment, said: “To get this recognition from our recruitment industry body is a great honour. All credit must go to our team of passionate recruiters who live out our company values every day throughout the business, supporting London’s leading restaurateurs, hoteliers, foodservice and iconic venue operators.
”To be shortlisted under three categories is the best possible vote of confidence in our ethos and in our quality standards.”
REC chief executive Kevin Green said: “We’ve been hugely impressed by the quality of entries this year, which shows how highly these awards are valued by recruiters. Our members change lives and help businesses succeed, and the IRP Awards are an opportunity to celebrate the positive impact our industry makes. There’s so much talent within recruitment – the shortlisted individuals and companies are real ambassadors for the high standards we expect.”
