Mellors Catering Services, the contract caterer, based near Wigan in Lancashire, has gained its 200th contract catering site.
The family-run business that celebrated its 21st birthday last year now has catering contracts in over 200 education and business and industry sites across the North of England.
As part of a planned growth strategy, the company increased its sites by 37% in the last 24 months and has further ambitious plans to double in size within five years. In order to do this, Mellors Catering Services has invested heavily in specialist staff and IT equipment alongside processes to aid the success it is seeing.
