Iconic Japanese restaurant group YO! Sushi today announces that Andrew Campbell, Finance Director will be leaving the business. Andrew is being succeeded by Edward Knighton who was most recently Chief Financial Officer at Sofa.com Group.
Andrew, who over the last four years at YO! was instrumental to the restructuring following the acquisition of the group by Mayfair in November 2015, opening 12 new YO!s, setting up YO!’s US business and implemented two operating systems overhauls. Andrew is leaving YO! to pursue new opportunities in the leisure sector.
Edward Knighton, who was most recently CFO at Sofa.com Group, where he led the finance team for over two years through and beyond the acquisition by CBPE, and the subsequent refinancing this year. Before Sofa.com, Edward worked in a number of public and private-equity backed companies across a variety of scenarios including exits, acquisitions, refinancing and international expansions.
