Tobacco Dock has seen significant summer success this season, with the venue having held 29 events in total, 12 of which were consumer shows, from May until the end of July.
Events such as Lululemon’s SweatLife festival, Bike Shed, HYPER JAPAN and Women of Silicon Roundabout were staged at the striking East London venue for the first few summer months of 2017.
August and September will also be especially lively for Tobacco Dock with 18 events in the pipeline, including nine public. These include Gin Festival, Upload London, the UK’s most exciting influencer event and the International London Tattoo Convention, the world’s leading body art show.
As well as an exciting line-up of events, Tobacco Dock’s newly opened rooftop bar, Skylight, also contributed to the venue’s busy summer season. Since its launch in May 2017, Skylight has attracted more than 23,000 visitors who have all enjoyed creative cocktails, craft beer, delicious street food, lawn games and spectacular views of London.
In addition to its summer success, Tobacco Dock has confirmed that it will have played host to 20% of London’s leading food and drink festivals by the end of 2017. These popular events include Meatopia, the London Halal Food Festival, Junipalooza and Taste of London – Festive Edition.
