Two Michelin star Hong Kong restaurant, Duddell’s, make its UK debut at St Thomas’ Church, London Bridge. The beautifully restored 300-year-old church is located close to London Bridge, Borough Market and The Shard.
Covering nearly 6,000 sq ft, Duddell’s will be split across basement, ground floor and mezzanine levels. With a strong focus on the appreciation of art, the stylish and relaxed interior will include carefully curated exhibitions, creating a social and cultural destination for diners to connect with art in a new way.
The two Michelin star menu will offer high-end, authentic Cantonese cuisine and dim sum in a contemporary style. The kitchen will be headed up by Daren Liew, former executive sous chef at the Hakkasan Group, bringing with him decades of experience in Cantonese cuisine. Founded by Alan Lo, Paulo Pong and Yenn Wong, the new concept restaurant set to open this autumn will be the brand’s first site outside of Hong Kong.
