Roles were reversed at a Congresbury hotel when members of the management team prepared, cooked and waited on staff as part of Staff Appreciation Week.
Staff at DoubleTree by Hilton, Cadbury House were treated to a whole week of special lunches on behalf of the management, with themes including Tex Mex, Italian, Flaming BBQ and Chinese.
Over 200 staff enjoyed the celebration which was part of a worldwide initiative by Hilton.

“It was great fun for the management team to get stuck in and prepare the food while staff relaxed and told us what we were doing wrong!
“We’ve got a brilliant team here at Cadbury House and it was great to be able to reflect on that and enjoy some time socialising.”
