Splendid Hospitality Group has appointed Oliver Bell as Head Chef for the 101-bedroom Hotel Indigo York. Joining the group with over 10 years’ culinary experience, Oliver will oversee all food operations in the day to day running of the hotel’s restaurant, No.88 Walmgate.
Prior to joining the team at Hotel Indigo York, Oliver worked for Jamie’s Italian as Head Chef where he developed his passion for consistency, quality and people. Growing from Sous Chef to Head Chef in 6 years, Oliver is known for his ambition and impeccable culinary skills.
