Hollywood Bowl marked the official opening of its 57th bowling centre at The O2 in Greenwich, London, with a VIP opening event this week.
Located on the site that was previously Brooklyn Bowl, the 32,000 sq ft, 12-lane boutique Hollywood Bowl opened in mid-June following a refurbishment programme, and created 20 new jobs in the process.
Steve Burns, CEO at Hollywood Bowl Group said: “We are delighted to have opened our 57th centre at the O2. It is a fantastic addition to the UK’s premier entertainment venue and we have already received some great feedback from customers.
“Our stylish centre will appeal to event goers and London residents alike and due to our varied bowling, amusements, pool and food and drink offering, it is now one of the most fun-filled locations in London for corporate parties and private hire events”.
Hollywood Bowl at The O2 includes 12 fully computerised lanes, three of which are exclusive VIP lanes, any of which can be pre-booked.
It features a ‘Hollywood Diner’ with décor celebrating all things Americana. Guests eating at the Hollywood Diner can enjoy freshly-made American classics, including gourmet burgers, hot dogs and shakes.
There’s also an American pool area, amusements, and two bars offering a great choice of beers, wines, cocktails and soft drinks.
