POLPO are pleased to announce that Scott Macdonald will be joining the team as Managing Director later this month. Scott joins POLPO from Bill’s Restaurants where he held the position of Managing Director for four years. Prior to this, Scott was F&B Director at Selfridges and has worked in the restaurant industry for over 25 years.
“Scott will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team and we’re pleased to be working with him to drive the company forward – starting with the opening of POLPO in Oxford later this year” said POLPO co-founder Richard Beatty.
