This months image of the month is an food action shot.
It was taken whilst at Taste of London this year, which holds some great memories for me.
As well as making new friends such as the team at Vanilla Black, it was great to see old friends such as Cyrus and Pervin along with the rest of the Todiwala Family in demand despite the heatwave.
I was lucky enough to be invited the the DOC Prosecco demonstration featuring the knowledgeable and charming Oz Clark and the talented chef that is Francesco Mazzei.
This was the at the start of my Taste adventure and certainly set the standards high.
The image is fine freshly grated Parmesan being poured into the fresh linguine. I managed to capture the moment perfectly.
I know it’s a bit different to my past images but it definitely was one of the highlights of my Summer thus far.
I have included some of the other great images from the demo, but that stands out a mile to me.
