Fans of Marco Pierre White were delighted to meet the cooking hero when he made one of his regular visits to his North Somerset restaurants.
Regarded by many as the godfather of modern cooking, White popped in to visit his two restaurants located at DoubleTree by Hilton, Cadbury House – the Steakhouse Bar & Grill within the house and recently opened Bardolino Pizzeria, Bellini & Espresso Bar within the venue’s health club and spa.
During the special event, attended by over 100 guests, Marco met diners and signed copies of his cookbook ‘Essentially Marco’ during both lunch and dinner service.
