COSMO – the dining phenomenon that offers a high-end buffet featuring cuisines from across the globe – is re-opening its Leeds restaurant on Boar Lane this July, having undergone a major refurbishment.
This will be COSMO’s first COSMO LUXE restaurant providing guests with an overall more upmarket dining experience incorporating elegant surroundings with gourmet dishes using only the very best and highest quality ingredients. The re-furbished outlet in Leeds will be COSMO’s pioneer restaurant for the new LUXE brand.
Open for dinner (only during the weekdays) and all day on weekends – diners can feast on over 150 dishes hand-picked from all corners of the world.
Foodies in Leeds will be able to enjoy dishes offered by chefs at food stations arranged along COSMO’s international food street, including British, European, Spanish, Italian, Greek, French and Portuguese cuisines. The chefs will be constantly preparing small batches of delicious, vibrant and freshly made food! Think freshly baked pizza, a full roast with all the trimmings or a plate of the finest charcuterie and cheeses from the deli counter. There will also be a section in the restaurant offering diners tasty Asian cuisine and for the figure conscious out there, COSMO has a fantastic new range of fresh and healthy salads!
Dessert is an equally extravagant affair at COSMO LUXE, with a chocolate fountain, a DIY ice-cream counter and a selection of hand-made, artisan patisserie on offer.
COSMO LUXE in Leeds will be constantly focused on delivering a high level of customer interaction in the restaurant between people dining and their talented chefs, to provide the best possible dining experience. The re-furbished Leeds restaurant will feature COSMO’s famous live cooking station, where diners can choose from a selection of European dishes. Chefs cook it to order right before their eyes on a hot plate. This is more than just your usual buffet: this is live food theatre.
The interiors – which have been given a new glamorous treatment including marble floors, cool grey concrete surfaces, luxurious green onyx leather chairs, warm lighting and stylish glass features – give the venue the feel of a welcoming and stylish private members’ club.
Meanwhile, diners can finish their meal with a visit to the bar for a cocktail or two – sink back into the plush orange chairs and admire the stunning new feature wall showcasing COSMO’s most special wines.
The inspiration behind COSMO comes from top five-star hotels found in the Far East, which elevate the buffet concept by paying special attention to the quality of the ingredients and the expertise that goes into their preparation.
COSMO opened its first restaurant in 2003 and has proven popular with British diners and their cosmopolitan tastebuds. It already serves thousands of customers every day, making it one of the UK’s largest restaurant groups (by volume). And with plans to have restaurants in over 20 locations by the end 2017, with more planned for the future, COSMO is gearing up for big things.
